Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of such data. Personal data is defined as any information which serves to identify you personally and which can be traced back to you – such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, in order to improve our online services, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. The anonymisation of the data does not allow conclusions to be drawn about you personally.

Access data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as „server log files“ on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Webalizer

We use the Tool „Webalizer“ to analyse the usage of our site so that we can optimise our offering. We do not create user profiles with this data. The Tool only collects statistical data e.g. how often the site is visited. Your IP-address will be anonym. The used log data will be deleted as soon as it is not needed any more for this tool.

Cookies

Some cookies are session cookies, meaning that they will be deleted after the end of the browser session. There are other cookies which will be saved on your device until you delete them. With the e-mail address provided (office@dataindexone.de), we offer you the opportunity to contact us. When you contact us, the data you send us will be stored for processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.  The transmitted data will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until the purpose of its storage no longer applies (completed processing of your request). You can object to the processing of personal data at any time. Further communication after receipt is no longer possible. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. TradingView

This Website uses Tradingview-Widgets, a service to integrate current trading courses and charts from TradingView.com. TradingView uses Cookies which are stored on your computer to analyse the usage of their website. Furthermore TradingView uses Web Beacons which are used to determine the usage of their site. Those Cookies and Web Beacons can generate information of the usage of their website (including your IP-address) which are then transferred and stored to a server of TradingView in the USA. That information could be forwarded from TradingView to third parties of them. TradingView will not map your IP-address to other information. The Storage of TradingView-Coookies underlies Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. The service provider has an interest in using these widgets to provide this website.
